Quick access does not get keyboard focus in some conditions

When pressing Shift + Command + Space, 1Password Quick access opens up and gets keyboard focus so you can search for items and copy passwords. This does not work in some conditions. One example is ...

I noticed the same issue with Office 365 password prompts. Despite calling up Quick access, my keyboard focus was still in the password field.
