I am on Windows 11 and 1password. How do you open quick access? I tried what it said in the manual, but it didn't work.

Is it possible you have another app running that uses the same shortcut? That's typically what causes this behavior. You can test this by changing what the shortcut is for Quick Access to see if that resolves it. Please report back if it works or not with a different shortcut!I changed the shortcut key for Quick Access and now it works on both my Windows laptop and my Mac mini. I have one other question. How do you bring up the password generator?

I'm happy to hear that's working now! You can bring up the password generator in the app by selecting New Item > Login. In the extension, you can bring it up by selecting the key icon at the top right of the extension window.
