Re: Desktop app and extension don't integrate
I dunno if necro-ing this thread is better or if staring a new post/thread entirely is better. But this is happening again, where the extension fails to load, autofill doesn't work, multiple times...

5 months agoI'm sorry that you ran into issues with 1Password in Safari again. So that our team can take a closer look, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:

Coincidently it's not working right now (Open 1Password button in the extension popover) yet when i went to settings it showed a green dot! I sent the diagnostics though, and the Support ID is ADH-73423-887.
