Re: Passkey no longer working on Boursobank

I used to log in my Boursobank account using passkey on Firefox.

Unfortunately it does not work, as stated in this thread:

I tried the Chrome 1password nightly version (8.11.6.8) and it works.

It says that it has been pushed in the standard 1password release, but as I am posting this, it has not been resolved. The firefox extension is 8.11.0.29.

This is a 3 months issue for me, when will the firefox version be fixed?

    I'm sorry that you're still seeing an issue when using 8.11.0.29. The fix should be available in this release and other customers have reported success with this version in Firefox. So that I can investigate what might be going wrong in your case, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
