Read only - 1Password 7 standalone - Windows 11

Hi,

I just got a new computer. I downloaded 1Password 7 standalone that I had bought a few years ago - order 1PA181114-2329-67226. It opens fine with my vault, but says it's read-only. I don't know how to input the license to restore full usability. It seems to want to read a license file, but doesn't find it.

I have the original email from the purchase, but all of the links in it are dead ("site-not-available").

Can you please tell me what to do?
