Recent update 1pw8 ( from 1pw7) won't open and fill ? Mac OS

Long time loyal 1pw user.Always recommend 1pw to others.After recent update it created one more 1pw and left 1pw7, so I have two. None of them will open and fill. Contacted 1pw 4 times, 4 email...

Thanks for reaching out.Unfortunately I am still waiting for help!
Steps I'm taking is waiting for help.I don't know how to fix it!!!
Everything was fine until I Updated to 1pw8 (from 1pw7 )and somehow ended up having both 1pw7 and 1pw8 in my dock , but both won't open and fill.Open and fill does nothing!
Its working fine on my I phone and I pad as I m ignoring prompts to update to 1pw8.
Need to get it working on my MacBook Air.
It maybe be easier if I go back to 1pw7 which was working fine.
