Recently installed 1Password app using over 30+ % of my CPU cycles

Can you expand on why you had to reinstall 1Password earlier this week? Just wondering if it had anything to do with what's happening now.
We haven't been able to reproduce this on any of our machines and we don't have many users reporting this.
Can you reboot into safe mode with networking and confirm it shows the same sustained CPU usage issue there? This can help to rule out any external interference.
