Red Cloud/sync issue

Hello,

I have the red crossed out cloud icon, click it and see 'Some changes could not be synced with your devices' - if I view offline items, there are none.

Using windows App.  Can open vault on web with same machine, items created in app sync up and items created in cloud sync down.

Not sure if it's a bug or I am having an issue, any advice on how to resolve?

    I'm sorry that you're seeing an offline message in the 1Password for Windows app. So that I can help further, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

    Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
