Regarding Mac upgrade from 7 to 8 - Where is Upgrade Link?

I received an email on May 18, 2022 from the Dave_Teare account. A paragraph therein states:

"If you are still using iCloud or Dropbox or WLAN Sync, you will need to migrate over your data to use the new release. You can trade in your license for 50% off your first 3 years by launching 1Password 7 and clicking the upgrade link."

I cannot find this link anywhere. Thanks for your help.

    By the way - I have a stand alone license - not a membership. Will stand alone licenses be available for Version 8 or is now going to be subscription only? Thanks.
