ModeratorYou can have 1Password autofill your credentials into a basic authentication window by saving the exact URL to the protected page in the Login item. Then, in the browser pop-up, click Open and fill to have 1Password open the page and fill your login credentials.
Is that how you were filling your login credentials before? Or some other way? Let me know if this method isn't working for you anymore.

As mentioned before, we are I.T engineers, understand how authentication and 1Password works, have been using the same workflow for years and didn't change anything. Wouldn't have brought this up if the change was not detected.

I'm sorry that autofill into basic authentication prompts still isn't working for you. Can you describe the workflow that you were using in the past? I'd like to understand what specific steps were working before and what isn't working now on your end so that I can reproduce the same issue on my end.
