Hi!
I use touchID to unlock whenever possible, I haven't noticed a pattern (i.e. hard to test as once unlocked it doesn't ask for anything for a while). I don't have apple watch.

2 months agoThanks for the reply. The next time that the issue occurs, let me know if it's when you've already unlock 1Password using your account password or using Touch ID / Apple Watch.
If you're seeing a prompt that says "1Password is trying to set up Touch ID for your account" only when unlocking 1Password using your account password (not when using Touch ID / Apple Watch) then I can confirm that this is a known issue that our development team is investigating.
