3 years agoRequire Password every x days does not honor the NEVER setting.
I have seen this on 4 different devices now - when I change the "require password every x days" setting from 30 days to Never, upon reopening the setting screen it has ignored my request and reverted back to 30 days.
The biometrics on the devices are in perfect working order; enabling and disabling biometrics and changing the setting does NOTHING. This was also observed on a device that freshly had 1Password8 installed.
All devices are fully patched, and fully secured.
1Password 7 on my now defunct Pixel 3a correctly honours the setting - so why is 1Password8 being so annoying?

Hi @BryanN, thanks for writing in.
This was a regression identified in 1Password for Android version 8.9.10. It's been resolved with the update earlier this week to version 8.9.12. After updating let me know if this issue continues. Thanks again!

All devices are Google Pixel phones (5a, 6 pro, and a 7 pro), all running the latest android patch level, and latest 1Password from the app store.
