I'm getting the same issue except I had just chalked it up to being on the beta extension (I wanted passkey support)... 🤔

1Password version — 8.10.9 (81009046)
Extension version — 2.14.2 (21400201)
macOS — 13.5
Browser — Safari 16.6 (18615.3.12.11.2)
