Safari extension broken

My safari extension disappeared and I am unable to autofill any username and passwords. I tried uninstalling/redownloading the extension app, deleting cookies, and linking browser on 1password to safari. Here's the error message for 1password>settings>browser>add browser: 

Please advise on how to get my 1password extension and autofill back!

    Hello rumitiny​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you're running into issues with 1Password in Safari. You tagged your post with the iOS tag but it sounds like you're using a Mac, can you clarify which device you're running into the issue on? Safari is already supported and you don't need to add it as an additional browser to the 1Password for Mac desktop app. 

    As a first step, if you are using a Mac, can you try the steps in this article: If you don’t see the 1Password icon in your browser’s toolbar

    Let me know if that doesn't work.
