Safari extension on iOS is disabled. Cannot enable it either from the browser or from iOS settings. See screenshots.
Can anyone help?

This would normally suggest that content restrictions are turned on in Screen Time in iOS's Settings. Here's what to do:
- Open the Settings app. (note: not 1Password's Settings)
- Tap Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions > Web Content.
- Make sure that Web Content is set to Unrestricted. Any setting other than this won't allow Safari to activate any extensions, including 1Password.
Have a look there and let me know what you find. If you need any more help, I'll be here.
