Hello realmike​! 👋

I'm sorry that 1Password for Safari is running into trouble when filling your login credentials. So that I can try to reproduce the issue can you tell me the following: 

  1. What version of 1Password for Safari are you using: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser
  2. What version of macOS are you using: Find out which macOS your Mac is using
  3. How many tabs have to be open before the issue occurs?

    Hi Dave, sorry for the delay, I replied to the email sent by the system, realizing it was an unmonitored mailbox.

    Hi Dave!

    1. 1Password for Mac 8.11.14 (81114027) (I will update to 8.11.16 asap)

     

     

     

    1. OSX: 15.6.1 (24G90)

    2. I have not tested the system enough to definitely say that it is “fine with 3 tabs but always fails with 5 tabs.” I frequently have many ….5-10 ….open at a time. To be sure, I am guessing that it is the number of tabs that are open, it may just be that the Safari window is open too long.

      Fix that I have found is to:
      -  shutdown safari (that can take over a minute of many tabs are open, btw, maybe that’s a clue)
      - open a new safari window, 1password works fine in the new window, but still fails in the first window

      Thank you for the reply. Can you update to the latest version of 1Password for Safari (8.11.18) and the latest version of macOS 15 (15.7.2), you can find update guides here: 


      Then try to reproduce the issue again. If you do see the same issue then let me know and I can help further.
