Safari FaceId Extension authentication not working

I think I’m encountering this issue on iOS 15.5. The iOS Safari extension requires that I enter the master password every time I open the extension. The app is respecting the Face ID/Touch ID setting normally.

I’ve already tried removing and re-enabling the Safari extension in iOS settings.
