Samsung Galaxy 7

I tried to download 1Password from Google Play and understand that I cannot get this app for this phone. I have gone in through 1password.com and can get into 1password this way. However, the phone does not allow me to tap on each account and get in through the website - it just doesn't open. Also, I cannot autofill. I did go into Settings - General Management - Language and Input - Autofill Service - but when I enter none - there is no 1password choice. I am very new to all of this so just learning!
