Scrolling for tag issue

I am using iPhone 15 Pro Max and as always the latest updates on everything.
The scrolling issue got fixed on how I first reported it.
Now it is doing something wrong differently.
I have about 25 tags and when I scroll to add a document to one of the current tags it only shows 20 tags and the scrolling does not find the tag, because it is one of the other 5, however I can type the first letter of the same tag that I am looking for and it will find it that way.
I have tried to scroll horizontally by turning might iPhone sideway as well, but it did not show all of the tags that way either.
I prefer scrolling to go through all my tags.
