Search bar on home screen

Thanks for reaching out! We’ve been exploring different versions of the user experience in this area to find the right balance. Over the past year, the Home screen in 1Password 8 for iOS has included a search bar.

More recently, we’ve begun gradually rolling out a new dedicated Search tab for iPhone and iPad, which will replace the search bar. Since this is a phased rollout, it may not be available on your device just yet. In the meantime, here’s a preview of what you can expect once it’s fully rolled out:

That being said, you can still search by pulling down on a list of items to search through those items instead of navigating back to the search tab.
