Hello. I've been using 1password for years. Maybe 10 or 15? And I'm sorry to say this but I'm not happy at all with the latest iterations of it. I feel like things were fixed that didn't need to be "...

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when searching using 1Password. When you search for an item are you pressing Enter or Command-Enter? If you press Enter then this will open the first search result listed in the pop-up and show you where that item is in your normal item list. To see all matching items for a given search you'll need to press Command-Enter.
If you're already pressing Command-Enter then please let me know.
Separately, 1password on iPhone... has too much maintenance also. It keeps changing names. I just wish the app would keep a name and be done. Right now I have two "1password" and "1password 7"... while 1password 8 is on my Mac. Obviously I dont have time for all this.. or even gong to the forums but it really is starting to get on my nerves. I hope things will get better and then stay the same. I know you need to justify an annual fee for software for the eternity but that shouldnt' be why the software has to change so dramatically.
1Password 8 is a new, separate app, with a brand new experience and it requires a separate installation. I'm very hopeful this will be the last time we have to release a new version of 1Password as a separate app. 1Password 8 should just be named "1Password" on both your iPhone and Mac. If you see all of your items in 1Password 8 then you can remove 1Password 7 from any devices where it is still installed.
If you open your Applications folder on your Mac, is 1Password 8 named "1Password" or "1Password 8"?
