Search not retrieving key words inside 1Password 7

When I do a keyword search inside 1Password 7 for Mac, nothing is retrieved. That's in spite of the fact I'm typing a key word I know exists in the title of a log-in record. If I expand my search my search to All Fields , that record(s) is/are still not retrieved. It's as if they don't exist. I can scroll down to the record I'm looking to retrieve to find the record, it's just the search function that's not working. This failure only works on some my records, others are retrieved. I'm also confused as to how I ended up with 2 vaults (personal and iCloud) when I upgraded to 7.

    Yes, this fixes why some log-in items weren't retrieved. So thanks for the help!

    I had never used the multiple items search before; I didn't even know of its existence. Perhaps that's the default command for 1Password 7? Upgrading to this version was when I first started having this problem.

    Thank you for the reply. I see that you have the "Show websites with Multiple Items" search option selected in the first screenshot:

    This means that Yelp would only show up if you have two different Login items for Yelp. Please try switching this option to "Title". Do you see the Login item for Yelp returned in the search results now?

    Attached is a screenshot showing I couldn't retrieve a new Login item using a keyword search. Also attached is a screenshot showing the new Login item exists.

    When I first asked for help on this issue, the missing login item I couldn't retrieve via a keyword search was not a new log-in item, but one I've had for many years. This issue didn't start until after I upgraded to 1Password 7.

    Another tech support person asked me a number of questions in an email. I just responded with my answers. The email used was mailto:support@1password.com. The tech was Muhammad Hameed.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing items being returned by the search tool in 1Password 7. If you create a new Login item with the same title then does that new item get returned by the same search? If it doesn't then are you able to take a screenshot of what you're seeing so that I can better understand the issue? Please make sure that nothing sensitive is visible in the screenshot.
