Search Results Not Limited To Selected Vault

When I click on a vault on the left side I would expect the search box above to show results relative to that vault. Instead it show results for all the vaults.

Is there a setting to restrict the search results to the selected vault? I noticed that the browser extension in FF & Chrome yield search results relative the selected vault. It would be great if 1P desktop app did that too.

    Hello jimmacmillan,

    Thanks for your question. To search by a specific vault, select the vault from the sidebar and use Ctrl + F and enter a query to be presented with a dropdown list or you can use Ctrl + Enter to populate a list showing all matching results from that vault.

    1Password 8 also includes a feature called Collections that you can use collections to create custom groups of vaults from your account(s). With a collection selected, searching will be limited to the vaults you've included.
