Secure fields are not hidden

Secure fields are visible for all items. If i select an individual item and then select "Conceal Secure Fields" from the View menu. the fields are hidden for that item but if I select a different item and return to the first one, the secure fields are visible again. If I don't have an item selected, the "Conceal Secure Fields" menu item is inactive. How do I get the option turned on for all items in the vault?

    That was it. I was thinking there must be something in settings to control it and had looked for it but had missed it. Thanks.

    It sounds like you may have "Always show passwords" enabled in your 1Password 8 app settings. Try disabling that and let me know if you see better results:
