Secure Keyboard Mode not turning off when 1Password is not in focus

The application is not consistently turning off Secure Keyboard Mode when it is minimized which is interfering with Typinators ability to perform keyboard shortcut expansion. You should release Secure keyboard mode if the application is not in a modal state. It does release on initial load after you minimize it, but every activation of 1P subsequent to the initial load and minimization places a hold on Typinator forcing a necessary termination of 1P to unlock the block.

This is a regression from the previous versions of 1P.
