settings window not resizeable

The settings window is unaccountably not resizeable. This is extremely frustrating on a large display, especially with the interface zoom > 100%. macOS 8.10.64

    Hello Araxia! 👋

    Thanks for reaching out! Settings windows are generally not resizable on macOS, for example take a look at the Settings window for apps like Apple Notes and Safari. 

    That being said, there is an internal discussion open to consider changes here and I've added your comments there. Thank you for the feedback!
