I can’t sign in to 1Password. It says it is set to change passwords every two weeks. I didn’t know that. I have the emergency code but when I try to go to 1Password.com it says the site is not secure. Please help.

I found my password on ICloud but it will not work. Everything was fine until one day it would not work because it had been more than two weeks. It was difficult to download and install for Safari in the first place and now my password won’t work. I have never worked with a company like this before. All the saved passwords I changed on different sites during those two weeks are lost to me. This is a nightmare. It looked like the perfect system for security but it is NOT. Any suggestions???

      Hi Carw9647,

I see you opened a support ticket, so I'll let you keep the conversation going there. I'm not aware of any 1Password mechanism that would require changing a password every two weeks, so I hope we'll be able to get to the bottom of what's happening.

    Hi Carw9647,

That sounds like a really stressful situation. Let's get this figured out!

Are you able to share a screenshot here showing where you're seeing the message about the password changing every two weeks? Please be sure that no sensitive information is included in the screenshot.
