"Signs in with" in mac app and extension
I manually add a "Signs in with..." to a login when the Chrome extension fails to prompt me with a save for this info - and honestly I wouldn't expect it to get it right that often, it's hard to code...

Currently, "Signs in with..." only works with specific logins (Google, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, etc.) because the Chrome extension will use that to display a prompt to sign in automatically. This automatic functionality really isn't that useful, as the website you are trying to log in on will also have a button to do the exact same thing.
One of the goals of the "Sign in with" feature is to help remind you which sign in provider you're using on a particular website. A person might use a password for one website, sign in with Apple on another website, sign in with Google on another, and a passkey for yet another. 1Password remembers which sign in method you've used with each website and helps you sign in using that specific method automatically. That prevents you from having to remember what you've used for each particular website.
I can definitely see how it could be useful to use other login items as sign in with providers. Are there any in particular that you use yourself? The team would be interested in knowing more about the gaps that exist here. 🙂

Login.gov is used by most federal government websites and it would wonderful if it was an option. I just put "Signs in with Login.gov" instead of a username to remind me.
