In 1Password for Mac 8.10.70 (81070024), the Safari Extension unlocks on app unlock! Huzzah! Thank you!

Spoke too soon. The extension auto-unlocked a couple of times, but now it no longer unlocks on app-unlock at all, unless you click on the extension icon in the toolbar.

    I'm sorry that you're still running into issues. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:

    Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
