Slash could be used in a tag's name
Hi all.
Slash (/) is used to nest tags in 1Password.
Is it possible to include slash in a tag's name?
Take care.

Hello eli_s_1P
Thank you for your explanation.
I understand that it is not possible to create a tag name containing "/".
Take care.

Hello TakeshiSuyama
Thank you for reaching out! I would be happy to explain tagging and how it works.
Currently, when making a tag the "/" character will always make a nested tag, and the tag will always read as "tagname/subtagname" on the item as outlined in our guide on how to organize with favorites and tags.
While you can create an tag that has a double "//", there isn't a way to create a tag that with the single "/". I hope this helps to answer your question. If you have any questions or need any clarification on the information above, please let me know!
