Smart Password is being rejected on hdfcbank.com

I've attached link to the previous chat.
When I'm changing password, I'm not able to update the same to 1pwd. I'm able to select on the new password, it asks me where to save but the scrolling is not happening through I can reach save option and thus it does not get updated. This is happening in Safari and Chrome.
Also the password suggestion is not as per the web site rules.
1Password Version: 1Password for Mac 8.10.52 (81052025)
Extension Version: 8.10.52.25
OS Version: 15.1.1
Browser: Safari, Chrome

I’ve sent you the details as requested through email.
What has happened here is that in one account it didn’t offer to fill or suggest through 1pwd8. Through the other account it generated new. Here initially it didn’t offer me to save but just filled in. After a few tried it allowed me to save. The save screen didn’t let me scroll down the list to choose the correct item where it was to be saved.
I also would like to know why are browser extension and the 1pwd8 not in sync with features?
The browser extension allows setting rule for new password suggestion with required restriction as in how many characters, etc. Why is the same not happening through the app? - 1P_Evon
