I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to access your 1Password account because you've lost access to your authenticator app. If you still have access to the 1Password app on one of your other devices then you can turn off two-factor authentication there:
If that doesn't work, or if you don't have access to the 1Password app on any of your devices, then please send an email to support+security@1password.com
so that the team can help further.
