Dave,
And I'm sorry for not reporting here that my problem is fixed. But thanks for the reply!
I was able to generate a Diagnostic Report from the desktop app, which doesn't seem to be possible from the Firefox extension. That report showed another nice person from 1Password that my 1Password desktop install wasn't showing in the Installed Apps list in Windoze. Reinstalling the desktop app fixed that and now it's all good.
We can call this one SOLVED!
Thanks again!

3 months agoHello Swifthawk! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into issues when unlocking 1Password in the browser. It sounds like the communication between the desktop app and the browser extension isn't working.
Try the steps in this article: If the 1Password browser extension doesn’t unlock when you unlock the 1Password app
If that doesn't work, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password in your browser:
Send a diagnostics report (browser extension)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
- A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/integration-status-connection-problem-in-firefox-on-windows-10/156969
- Your forum username: Swifthawk
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!
