Sometimes 1password does not fill in the user name

Hello,

I've been using 1password for a long time but I still don't know why sometimes the autofill of the username doesn't work for me on some sites.

However, then the password saved in 1password does work correctly.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Following your instructions, when I put inside the "user" field it still doesn't appear 1password, but now, when I put in the password place, it is completed with the 1password password and also the user.

    It is not usual, but knowing it, it solves the problem.

    Hey @Jairba,

    I'm sorry for the trouble you are having on this website.

    I have done some testing and you're right, the inline menu isn't showing on that first field. I was able to fill both fields after following the steps below:

    1. Go to the log in page
    2. Manually enter your details into both fields but don't press enter or sign in.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
    4. Give it a title and click Save.
    5. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill by clicking on the inline menu suggestion beneath the second field.
