Still cannot add photos when editing existing items on iOS unless vault is selected

I don't have any updates to share at the moment. The internal tracking number for the issue is 4283. It'll be listed under that number in the release notes when a fix is included in a future update: 1Password for iOS Release Notes

As mentioned in the other thread a good workaround for now is to first select the vault that holds the item that you wish to add a file/photo to before adding the file/photo.
