Switching from family to individual: "There was a problem switching your plan."
As the title says. I'm trying to switch from Families to Individual. There are no other family members using my plan ("Plan being used by: 1 family member; 0 guests"). When I click the blue "Switch to 1Password Individual" button, I receive a red error message stating:
There was a problem switching your plan.
and nothing else. No link to support, or even a suggestion to contact support.
How do I proceed?
