Hi Dave,
- Yes, locking and unlocking the 1Password desktop app does cause the new login to appear.
- The item always appears immediately on 1Pasword.com.
By the way, I forgot to mention that I also tried quitting and restarting the 1Password desktop app. Surprisingly (to me), that did not fix it.

10 months agoThanks for answering those questions! That confirms that the issue is with the 1Password desktop app's connection to your 1Password account. Closing and re-opening the main window of the 1Password app doesn't stop 1Password's background processes so the app might not have locked in your previous tests.
So that I can investigate this further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
