I am well aware it could be the fault of my setup. Latest version of 1P 8.x yes. No company profiles on the MBP.
Like I said I ignored it mostly until its now happened on a second device. Happy to provide logs etc. to support.

Having our Support team take a look at the logs from your new device would be the best way to help in this case. As such, I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your MacBook Pro:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
