Syncing
I have 1p installed on my Mac laptop and iPhone. But the Mac version doesn't have all the items that my iPhone has.
How do I solve this, please?

I mention I have similar issues too.
I have noticed that only if do a change (add or update an item) on the phone, it is not synced back to the computer until I start changing something (else) on the computer which will trigger the sync and I'll get the changes from the phone, but not until that.
I mention that I use a business account that I do not manage, and use also personal vaults.

Hey qdev!
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1p from your mac as suggested by markles? Iād be curious to see if this works consistently.

Hi Jleick
I am a developer, and uninstalling / reinstalling an app just in order to force a sync doesn't seem like a legit solution.
What I have discovered is that any changes done on the phone do not trigger any sync towards my Mac, while changes on Mac do trigger a sync and I see changes done on the phone as well, which sounds like a bug for me.

Hey qdev,
Same here. Also, I'm running similar versions as you on macOS and iOS. My hope was the reinstall will trigger the app to sync properly going forward (not just once per reinstall).

Hey qdev, Jleick, thanks for writing in!
I'm sorry to hear you both encountered sync issues. Re-installing shouldn't typically be necessary for a sync issue, but like the classic "turn it off, then turn it on again" it can work.
Are you still running into the same sync issues currently?
