The "Open 1Password" doesn't work when minimised
If 1Password is already open, but minimised, the "Open 1Password" option from the top bar menu does nothing.
I expect it to behave the same regardless of the window state. If it's closed, I'd like ...
It turns out the behaviour is not consistent. When I tried testing it now on purpose, I could not reproduce it on a laptop. But I run into it every day... I'll try to figure out exactly what state is it in when the issue happens next time.
(but yes, that's exactly the steps you took to reproduce it when it does happen)
