Trouble with passkey and Safari
Hi,
Hi! I’m having trouble signing in to Heygen with my Google account using a passkey. Most of the time I can’t log in right away. After Google asks me to pick my account and I choose one, I get two 1Password pop-ups saying I need to unblock it to use the stored passkey. But 1Password is already unlocked, so I don’t get why this happens. The only way I can make it work is by quitting Safari and starting again — and even then it sometimes fail. Once it works I can log out and log in without any problem. When I try the same thing on Brave, everything works fine with no issues.

Hello victorkr and jimthing! 👋
I'm sorry that you're both running into issues with passkeys, and I apologize for the delay in replying. You mentioned seeing two different prompts at the same time when you try to sign in with a passkey, can you post a screenshot of these prompts so that I can take a look?
I look forward to hearing from you.

I have a similar issue with Ebay.
I've two Ebay accounts, but when Ebay asks me to unlock using a passkey, both show as 1P options up on the right top of the browser screen, but tapping either one doesn't let me in (or in Ebay's case, then refuses to take me to the next screen to enter the TOTP, which they seem to still insist on after using a passkey?!).
These passkeys are a pain in the behind half the time.
