Troubleshooting tool bar extension settings

The OnePass extension is already pinned to my toolbar, however, in the OnePass Word extension for Safari by agile, it’s is not allowing or not recognizing this process as complete, and therefore leaving my browser extension process incomplete

    I understand that you're having issues with getting the steps in the guided setup marked as complete in the 1Password for Safari extension.

    I have some questions to help me better understand what's going wrong and so I can provide the best advice moving forward:

    1. Can you confirm what device(s) you're having this issue with?

    2. Can you a screenshot of what you're seeing and include it in your reply? Please make sure not to include any sensitive information in your screenshot like your Secret Key or uncovered passwords.

    Once you get back to me with that info I'll be happy to look into this further.
