Trusted Platform Module not available

Just started with 1Password on Windows 11.
"Use the Trusted Platform Module with Windows Hello" is disabled. How do I correct this and use this setting?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 11 22H2

    Found a fix: https://1password.community/discussion/124168/1password8-windows-and-windows-hello-on-first-signin/p2

    in powershell:

    certutil -DeleteHelloContainer
    logoff

    then login (for me it required authentication through my Windows Authenticator app) and then setup your signin options again (fingerprint, etc...).
