Turning off Touch ID
Hey, I want to turn OFF Touch ID in 1Password, but every time I restart my laptop, or it goes to sleep and wakes up, Touch ID is turned on again. I turn it off by unticking the Touch ID checkbox in Settings > Security, but it resets to being turned on with the default 2 weeks password requirement all the time. Any idea what's going on?

Hi esebesty - I'm sorry to hear about this. I've done some testing with 8.10.32 and I've been unable to replicate this behaviour. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac so I can take a closer look at what's happening here:

Thank you for posting the Support ID. The team has received your diagnostics report and one of my colleagues will send you an email as soon as possible.
Since we have a communications channel open via email, I'll close this thread.
