confirmed conflict between Dropbox and 1PW extension
For some time now, if I am on the Dropbox web site and try to download a single file of mine using Safari, nothing happens; I have to select two or more files and then download the archive file. I tried this in a private browsing window, and was then able to download a single file as desired. I then noticed that 1PW was not enabled in a private window, so I clicked the option to enable it in a Private Browsing session and downloading single files failed anew. Unchecking that box restored the ability to download a single file since the 1PW extension was no longer active.
Can this be investigated? Thanks. To summarize:
Go to Dropbox's Web site to try to download a single file, but with the 1PW Safari extension enabled: cannot download a file by itself.
Now try it with 1PW disabled. It works.

Hi Dave,
Thanks so much for that suggestion. I have passed this along to my friend and hopefully it will resolve her issue. I appreciate your time and response.

Hello Smokeyham! 👋
I'm sorry to hear that your friend is having trouble filling a login into their banking app. On the iPhone AutoFill is specifically handled by iOS and 1Password only provides the data for the experience.
When they tap on the username or password field in Safari do you see "Passwords" appear above their keyboard? If you don't then I would like them to make sure that they have turned on AutoFill to work with 1Password:
- On the Home screen, tap Settings.
- Tap Passwords > Password Options.
- Turn on AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys.
- Select 1Password.
Then have them try to fill their login again using this guide: Use 1Password to fill and save on your iPhone and iPad

My friend can sign in to her bank's website using 1Password. When she attempts to use the banking app she has to manually open the 1Password app and then copy and paste the bank password into the app.
Once she has done that I would expect that a message would come up on the app asking if she would like to have the banking app remembered in 1Password, but she does not get this.
Is there any suggested way to add the app to the existing web login for the bank? She is using an iPhone 12.
Thanks
