I'm sorry that you're running into issues when authenticating your 1Password account on your Windows PC using your security key. As a first step, make sure that 1Password has the appropriate access in Windows settings: 

1. Open the Windows Settings app.
2. Select Privacy & security.
3. Scroll down and select Passkeys.
4. Make sure Passkey access is turned on.
5. Expand the Let apps create and use passkeys section.
6. Expand the 1Password entry and turn on all the 1Password domains listed below the 1Password app.
7. Select the security key option in the “Choose a passkey” popup that appears.

Then try to authenticate again. Let me know if that doesn't work.
