Two Safari extensions?
Why are there two Safari extensions? I have both installed but only one active. Sometimes I get nagged to activate the other. I will say that the one reading "1Password for Safari" has this tremendou...

ModeratorYou indicated above you re using 1Password 8. With 8 you would use 1Password for Safari 2.3.3. The other version is for 1Password 7. 1Password for Safari would use the 1Password 8 lock settings. I would recommend unchecking the top one and enabling the lower one. If you've gotten setup with 1Password 8 I would recommend removing 1Password 7.
Right-click on the 1Password for Safari icon in the browser toolbar and select settings. From there make sure Integrate with 1Password app is enabled.
