Two steps to Autofill? is This Really Necessary?

Can someone explain to me why it is necessary to have two steps to autofill info on a website? Seems to me, yes, we want security, but ease of use as well, and I'm just not seeing why you can't just ...

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into an issue when filling logins into websites. Can you clarify what the two steps are? When I open a website's login page I see 1Password's inline filling menu appear:

I can then fill my login information by clicking on the Login item suggestion in the menu. I look forward to hearing from you. 😊
