Typed characters constantly disappearing when searching for related items

When adding a related item, you can search for one under "Choose an item". Every time I type the item name there, characters are constantly disappearing, forcing me to retype them. Only when I type r...

  1. I think I had the issue since I switched to 1Password 8 a couple of months ago.
  2. When searching for an item, I do not have the issue. Also no issues in Quick Access or in the search field when adding a new item. No issues in other apps either.
  3. External keyboard.
