Welcome to the community! I'm happy to hear that you've updated to 1Password 8, I'll respond to the points you've raised below: 

For example, why there is two times John? I know my name, thanks.

Am I correct in assuming that you're using an individual account? The second line would contain the name of your family, team, or business if you were part of a multi-user membership like 1Password Families or 1Password Business. I can definitely see how having your name rendered twice when using an individual account isn't helpful and I've filed an issue to have the team look into improving this in the future. 

Also how to get rid of this Ad? I just paid $36 and I don't want to have Ad in my app.

That's not an ad, it's the heading for the Profile page in the app which explains what the purpose of the Profile page is. You can read more about setting a default profile here: Choose your default identity and credit card items
